Ron became the Executive Director of the HBA in May 2001. Ron is the staff representative for the Executive Committee, the Governmental Affairs Committee, the Education Committee and our Remodelers Council. He is active with the Smart Growth Alliance of Berks County and participates in various other committees.

Phyllis has been working for the HBA for 30 + years! She is the staff representative for the Home Show Committee, Parade of Homes Committee, and Golf Committee. Phyllis is the editor for our monthly newsletter - "Builders Minutes".

Katie began working for the HBA in March 2004. She is a graduate of Central Pennsylvania College. Katie is the staff representative for the Membership Committee, Remodelers Showcase Committee, Community Service Task Force, Cruising for a Cause Committee, and assists with the Remodelers Council.
