| The Executive Committee shall consist of the immediate Past President, President, 1st Vice President, 2nd Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Executive Director. The duties of the Executive Committee shall be:
A. Evaluate the executive director, set goals, establish criteria for performance and compensation.
B. Act as a nominating committee.
C. Oversee the financial plan.
D. Convene and appoint a By-Laws Committee as needed.
E. Issue Awards
F. Act in lieu of full board when necessary.
G. Manage association in absence of executive director.
H. Appoint ad hoc committees
