Chairman - Mike Rodino, MDR Construction, Inc.
Keep membership informed as to legislative activity. Help HBA become active in pasage or stoppage of specific legislation. Organize legislative forums with elected officials when/where needed or deemed valuable. Manage the BCCAH and solicit contributions to satisfy the 2 year commitment to PaCAH. Act as a local government and agency watch-dog, and intervening when appropriate. Has a history of conducting challenges to Ballot referendums and supporting County Commissioners and Judges in Berks County in addition to challenging local ordinances and zoning when appropriate.
